How long will it take to complete my project?
We're fast at what we do, but amazing things take time! A small website package can be done in a couple weeks. While more custom projects can take a few months depending on the project scope. We start every project with a Discovery call and a Scope of Work (SOW) so that we make sure everything is covered, and we can give you a timeline upfront so there are no surprises.
What is the difference between UI and UX design?
Think of UX as the blueprint and UI as the décor! UX makes your site easy to use, while UI makes it look stunning. Together, they create a seamless user experience.
Why does UX design matter for my business?
Great UX means happy customers which means more business! It's the secret sauce that keeps customers coming back, boosting satisfaction and sales.
Will my website be mobile-friendly/ responsive?
Absolutely! We make sure your site looks and works beautifully on every device, big or small.
What does brand identity include, and how does it benefit my business?
Brand identity is your business’s style—logo, colors, vibes. It’s how your customers recognize and remember you, making you stand out in the crowd!
What is the process for designing a new product, and how do I ensure it meets user needs?
First, we start with a discovery call to outline your goals and needs. This helps us create the scope of work. Then we get to work. Starting with UX research, then sketch, prototype, test, and refine. Once you are happy with the prototype, we move to development, and then QA (Quality Assurance). It’s like baking a cake—each step ensures the final product is exactly what your users crave.
