01. The Challenge

After a contentious first design phase the company brought us on to fix their original designs. A renowned luxury jewelry company encountered significant challenges with its website launch, primarily stemming from poor UX design. This resulted in high user frustration and an alarmingly low conversion rate of 0.015%. The site’s unintuitive flow and unappealing UI further exacerbated the issue. Additionally, there was a delicate balance to maintain between preserving the brand’s heritage while infusing a more modern look and feel. After a contentious first design phase the company brought us on to fix their original designs.

02. The Solution

To address these pressing issues, a comprehensive end-to-end redesign of the website was undertaken, strategically released in parts to accommodate budget constraints. Custom code development was employed where necessary to enhance functionality. A meticulous QA assessment was conducted, with tickets created to address identified issues, working closely with developers to ensure proper design implementation. Innovative problem-solving techniques were employed to improve inherited components, with redesigns implemented as needed and seamlessly integrated into other pages.

03. The Result

The project yielded remarkable results, significantly enhancing customer satisfaction. The website now boasts a more modern appearance while still honoring the brand’s traditional heritage and maintaining recognition of its elements. Notably, upon the release of the redesigned product pages, the conversion rate doubled, marking a 100% increase. Furthermore, the company experienced unprecedented success, breaking monthly sales records from the past three years, with revenues surpassing $1 million in a month and exceeding annual fiscal targets. This successful website launch and successive redesign increased the brand’s position as a leader in the industry, poised for continued growth and success.
